In making a reservation with “Istanbul Apartments” for rent, I, the client, accept, understand, and agree to comply with the policies and terms of renting an apartment. Questions I may have that are not included in the policies, terms and conditions regarding rentals will be decided in compliance with Turkish Civic Law.
Rules of reservation:
-Reservations may be made for Apartments in Istanbul for any available apartments on our website that have not been booked, and that are available for your requested rental time period. Checking the availability of any of our apartments can be done through checking our calendar or contacting us at our offices through (+90)5422961018.
-If the apartment you wish to rent is not available, you will be offered another available apartment by our manager or booking department.
-For a reservation to be made in full, a deposit equal to one night’s rental fee must to be applied to the account, counting toward your first night’s stay.
Ways to make a deposit:
-By Western Union international banking system;
-By direct bank account transfer to our account;
-By interbank transfer (Turkey);
-With cash in our office.
-Weekend reservations require the entire planned rental period to be paid in advance.
-If the date of check-in or check-out is changed during this weekend period, you will not be compensated.
-If reservation is dropped or the date of reservation is changed during this weekend period, your deposit will not be returned.
-The dates of your reservation cannot be transferred.
-Upon check-in, the full amount of your reservation period must be paid for, except for your original deposit, without exception.
-Reservations will only be valid upon receipt of a deposit.
-Apartments will be available for rent at 13:00. Early check-in can only be provided with deposit for the last night rental.
-Check-out time is no later than 12:00 on the last day of your reservation. A later check-out will mean half-day or full-day rental fee added to your bill, determined by the administrator.
-A reservation will not be activated without a full day deposit, so be sure to send a deposit correctly. If a deposit has not been received, you will be given an apartment that is available for rent at that time.
-If no other prior arrangements have been made with the company, an apartment will be booked until 20:00 of the first day’s reservation. If check-in has not been made by that time, the reservation will be deactivated.
-If you cancel your reservation or change the date of your arrival any less than 15 days prior to your original planned arrival, your deposit will not be returned.
-In the case of early check-out, your deposit will not be returned.
-If you do not like the apartment reserved for you, you will be given the choice of another apartment the day after check-in.
-In the case of emergencies, your apartment will be changed to another apartment equal in quality and price.
-We fully guarantee the availability of your reserved apartment, with the exception of an emergency.
-Our website is officially registered with all rights to accept payment through the Internet.
-After you have made payment, you will receive a receipt for your apartment reservations and rentals, which will be fully confirmable through our accountants.
The rules for booking an apartment:
-Our apartment rentals are for accommodation purposes.
-Apartment rentals for any other purpose, such as office meetings, birthday parties, video manufacture and so on, should be discussed beforehand with our booking department. In these cases, it is possible that the rental rate may be higher.
-For a reservation for animals, we should be notified beforehand. Without proper notice we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice or return of your deposit. Rental price may be raised for reservations for pets.
-If you require pick-up from an airport or train station, our driver will be waiting for you with a sign that reads “Istanbul Apartments Rental” by the exit of the airport terminal or train station platform. Should you ask your driver to help carry your luggage, please tip him accordingly, as this is not one of his normal duties.
-Our driver will transport you to your apartment or our office, where payment can be made for your rental period and all documents pertaining to your stay will be filled out. Upon completion of these forms and payment, you will receive your key.
-Payment is required in advance for booking of transportation from the airport or train station.
-If transportation is not booked prior to arrival and is needed, you must call our office. Allow 40 minutes for arrival of transportation, as the manager will need time to reach your apartment without prior notice to meet you with your key and forms.
-Travelers checks may be exchanged at any bank, and credit cards can be used at cash machines if you have no cash on hand. We accept payment in the form of Turkish Lira, Euro and US Dollar.
On the day of your check-out, our manager will come to your apartment for the key and to inspect the apartment for cleanliness and any possible damage. Clients will be charged for missing or broken furniture, or undue damage to the apartment.
-The price of our apartments can be seen on our website in US Dollars. One full day reservation is counted from 13:00 to 12:00 of the next day. Price is only valid for the agreed-upon number of people on the reservation and on confirmation voucher.
-The amount paid for the reservation includes the following: Bed linens and towels, electricity, hot and cold running water, and phone if reservation is in the city.
