How do I check-in at the apartment?
A company staff member or manager will meet you at the prearranged time at the apartment. He will have the keys with him as well as any needed forms to fill and needed paperwork. He will take payment for the apartment at this time. The apartment location can be found on our site.
At what time should I settle?
Check-out time is 12:00 P.M. Time of settlement and department can be changed if agreed upon beforehand. In cases of early check-in (before 11:00 A.M.) or late departure (after 1:00 P.M.), a fee of a one-half day apartment rental will be added to your bill. This cost is to offset the loss of an apartment that we’ve had to deny to another client in compensation 24 hours prior to your early check-in or late check-out.
What standard amenities are included in the cost of the apartment?
Linen and all the appliances;
Electricity;
Hot and cold running water;
Telephone (if apartment rental is in the city);
Infotainment.
Cleaning of the apartment and changing of towels and linens once every three days per your preference.
What methods can I use to make a deposit and confirm my reservation?
You can make a prepayment by:
1. Visa, Visa Electron, or Master Card on our site.
2. Western Union transfer.
3. Payment of cash in our office.
What methods can I use to pay for my stay in my apartment?
You can make a payment by:
1. Visa, Visa Electron, Cirrus, Maestro, Master Card on our site.
2. Western Union transfer.
3. Payment of cash in our office.
Payment for entire term of the apartment rental is required at check-in.
How do I rent an apartment for one day?
Choose the apartment you like in the catalogue and book it. Your booking will receive fast response. If at that time, the apartment is available, your booking will be confirmed. If the apartment is already occupied, a manager will suggest another available apartment. To book your apartment fully, be sure to make full payment for the first day’s stay. There is no commission charge.
Will I receive papers confirming my payment?
If asked beforehand, our account department can have a receipt and contract prepared for you. This paperwork can be turned into your account department to prove travel expenses. Remember to ask for this paperwork to be prepared for you.
How do I pay for telephone usage?
Local calls are already included to the cost of the apartment. Long distance and international calls are cut off.
Local calls are no extra, and included in the cost of the apartment. Long distance and international calls are not available without a telephone card.
How can I make long distance and international calls?
Please speak with our manager before or during check-in and we will provide you with a telephone card for long distance and international calls.
Is this a price for the apartment or for the “place”?
The price is listed for all of our apartments, but sleeping accommodations differ between apartments. A description of what is available for your apartment can be found while you are looking through the apartments for rent.
What household appliances I will find in the apartment?
Every apartment description on our site has a complete list of the available appliances in that specific apartment. Every kitchen is equipped with necessary cutlery and dishware.
